A Quality Assurance programme entails a top-level assessment of accessibility at regular intervals. The assessment would include:
An evaluation of accessibility work known to have been completed - have the improvements been correctly implemented and maintained, and if not, how can any issues be addressed?
Any new areas implemented to the website since the last report - how do they validate in terms of accessibility?
